1.) How long does it take to receive my purchased order?
In most cases you will receive your purchase within 12 to 24 hours.
2.) Where do you get your name meanings from?
We have purchased several large databases of name meanings and origins for both first and last names.
3.) How do I know that the quality of the file will be suitable for my needs?
All of our files are high resolution PDF files and each item we provide has a sample that you can view on the order page.
4.) How can I contact you if I have other questions or I did not see your email containing my purchase?
There is a contact us link on the top of every page on this site.
5.) Are your coat or arms genuine?
Coat of arms were specially made for each person and not for a family name. They were sometimes handed down to the children however and this may be where the misconception of a family coat of arms came from. The truth is there are no genuine coat of arms available in this day and age at the very low cost that we supply them at. If you have your heart set on a genuine coat of arms and don't mind spending hundreds of dollars, there are organizations who can do it for you... We however, do not. Even though many of our coat of arms have historical significance, all are provided as entertainment items only and do not guarantee accuracy.
6.) Are the headlines for your birthday newspapers historically accurate?
Yes they are taken from a database of historically accurate material.
7.) Do you mail my order to my home?
No, all of our prints are emailed to you as attachments and are meant to be printed by you or a print shop in your neighborhood. We do not mail anything to your home and no we do not make exceptions - Sorry.
8.) What forms of payment do you accept?
We use paypal as our payment processor. They accept most credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Of course, you can pay using Paypal whether you have an account with them or not.
9.) PDF File - What is that?
PDF files have been around for quite some time and you may not even realize you have used them. Most operating systems include a PDF reader but if for some strange reason you do not have one or cannot open the files we email to you, you can download the reader for free here.
10.)I am not from the USA but I want an anniversary file. Do you have any other country specific information?
We always use USA information unless you leave us a note during checkout. We can do Canada and Australia in addition to USA information.
11.) Do you offer refunds?
We provide many samples of all of the items we provide. As such, you can decide if you want to complete payment for any particular file. By completing payment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. One of our conditions is that we do not provide refunds because the files are digital content. Digital content cannot be returned and is considered a service and not tangible goods. Sorry for any trouble this may cause.
12.) What size are your files?
All files provided from this site are the standard 8.5 x 11 inches that all home printers are capable of printing. If you take your files to a copy center then can blow them up and print larger sizes for you.
13.) Do you do special orders for things that are not on your site?
Yes we can do special orders but it will cost more and you must pay before any work is performed.
